Drucker Arquitetura have designed the Morumbi Residence in São Paulo, Brazil. That located on the top of the hill Morumbi among the many remaining trees of the court of the Foundation Maria Luiza and Oscar Americano, the house spreads like a bar code for the city’s landscape. The house is created by idea of balcony space as fluid and its abstract expression as a mechanism to filter and shade. House include contemplation of the landscape, with balconies, large windows, frameworks that cut the sight of the Marginal Pinheiros avenue and Octavio Frias Bridge, The pattern of circulation forces the occupants to come out to wooden decks. The large glass frames emphasize the continuity between the interior and exterior. Replace behind of the high gates occure enviroments TV room, dining room and office, than all of room connected as big apartment. It also has sewage treatment, solar heater, cross ventilation, windows with heat control, polystyrene insulation, digital control of lighting, recycled wood, among other measures of green architecture.this house is very suitable to living with big family to get happiness and comfortable in life.
