Desain dibuat dengan mempertimbangkan segi ekonomis sekaligus keindahan, yang menghasilkan kolaborasi menarik dari kedua sisi tersebut. Rumah ini didesain kemudian dibangun oleh tim kami untuk Ibu Valentina, dengan luasan bangunan sekitar 258m2 dan dikerjakan selama kurang lebih 8 bulan. Lamanya waktu pembangunan disebabkan oleh tingginya spesifikasi bahan dalam situasi lokal Malang.

ENGLISH VERSION: House built by astudio team
This house was designed by astudio design team with about 30% of expert advice related to the structure of the building to gain more economically building design. The design is made by considering the economic aspect as well as beauty, which produces interesting collaboration from both sides of it. The house was designed and built by our team for Mss Valentina, with around 258m2 building area and worked for about 8 months. The length of construction time due to the high specification of materials in the local situation of Malang.
